Signed with HMAC-SHA256, retried with exponential backoff for 24 hours, and replayable from the dashboard for any event in the last 30 days.

Sandbox keys are free and unlimited. Fire synthetic Visa and Mastercard alerts at your own endpoints and watch the whole flow resolve.

How does the Shopify integration work?

Install from the Shopify App Store and grant order and refund scopes. Orders sync so alerts can be matched, and refunds are issued through your existing processor credentials.

Which payment processors are supported?

Shopify Payments, Stripe and PayPal, plus a REST API and webhooks for anything else.

Is there an API?

Yes. The REST API exposes alerts, matched orders, rule decisions and refunds, and webhooks push each event as it happens.

Does anything change for my customers?

No. Nothing is added to checkout and no customer-facing behaviour changes; refunds appear exactly as they would if you issued them by hand.
